If your family is in need of assistance this Christmas, please be sure to complete the form that was sent home with your child. Be sure to send it in on Monday morning (9/20). Today was supposed to be the deadline, but this reminder is late, so Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. will be the cut-off. Thank you!

Don't forget that Proof of Residency is due this Friday! (Utility bill-Duke Energy, water or phone bill), medical bill, or any documentation that has a date no earlier than July 1, 2021 & your physical address. Email copy/photo to [email protected] by 9/17.

Ernie Pyle Elementary is planning ahead for a Trojan Family Christmas! There are two ways our Trojan families may choose to participate. Green participation forms went home yesterday. If your family will need a little extra help to provide Christmas for your Ernie Pyle student this year, please fill out and return the top part of the form marked "RECIPIENT." If you would like to spread a little Christmas cheer and sponsor a child or family in need, please complete and return the bottom half of the form marked "SPONSOR." Sponsors, including participating Ernie Pyle families & staff and area organizations, will be matched anonymously with student recipients. These initial interest forms MUST be returned to Anne Schrader by Friday, September 17. Any questions can be directed to Mrs. Schrader at (765) 832-7718 ext. 4527 OR aschrader @svcs.k12.in.us. Due to the deadlines for some local agencies who partner with us in this project, no late applications will be accepted. Our Trojan Family Christmas committee is also looking to partner with community organizations, churches, civic groups, etc. who may be interested in sponsoring a child or family this year. If you are part of an organization or have a contact, please contact Mrs. Schrader.

Reminder! Paragon fundraiser orders are due Fri., Sept. 3rd! Mum orders are due as soon as possible!

Grab and go meals will be available for pick-up from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. tomorrow during the eLearning day.  Pick up location will be the back dock area of the school.

Two weeks from tonight (Wednesday, September 8th) is Ernie Pyle Night at Papa John's in Clinton. Plan to order pizza for dinner that night and use code ISE003 when ordering to give back to our school!

Your child will bring home a fundraiser packet today. Orders are due Fri., September 3rd.

📚Our Countdown to Kindergarten Summer Reading Club celebration was a sweet success! Thanks to Duke Energy's Powerful Communities Grant, almost 70 of SV's incoming kindergarten students and their families have been polishing up for school all summer long!📚

This year's fees have been approved and significantly reduced thanks to federal funding of student devices. Fees for this year (and last year) may be paid when registration opens July 26.
